Inside the unit (#5) underneath our apartment (#10) at about 1200 hours on 28 February 2023, refinishing of a bathtub work had started. Per Online; There is something wrong with the breaker box. I cannot use my hot water heater or baseboard heaters. It flips the main breaker outside the building by the meters.
