The premises, including the inner and partially exterior access walkways and stairwells pose numerous health, accident, and sanitation hazards. undercapacity garbage receptables lead to overflow many times a week which attracts vermin. Animals of a few residents roam unleashed, urinate in common areas, block walkways, and have bitten residents and leased dogs. I have lived here since 2022. I have raised these concerns via text and email with the property manager numerous times with no action
