The fire alarm has gone off 3 times this past month since Taylor 28 has "updated" their alarm system. Once it went off around 3 or 4 a.m. and went off for two hours. I have a cat and was incredibly worried for his hearing as it's 3x more sensitive than humans' hearings. Myself and my neighbors brought out our cats and dogs because the alarm was unbearable in the apartment units. Per Online; Loud noise from construction equipment. The construction starts at 4 am and the noise is Loud enough to wake a person up. It has become unbearable to live next to it. There are several equipments, concrete machines and cranes that constantly make noise. Plus there are loud backing up noise from the machinery
