POTA--per phone call--landlord is claiming garbage was throw off of balcony and that tenant is to pay for parking. That is not stated in lease. landlord is trying to evict for these reasons

per online complaint: Continuous noise (loud high pitched hum/whirr) has been emanating from the "Clear Wire" equipment box on the NE corner of property. I have complained twice to Seattle: only once was the noise somewhat addressed, but the noise resumed. I have also spoken to Clear Wire, but they have done nothing.per 2nd online complaint: Address is approx. (1055 E Boston St) Continuous noise (loud high pitched hum/whirr) has been emanating from the utility (?) equipment box on the SE corner
