Fire extinguishers in building more than two years out of date. I am concerned that if a fire occurs there will be many lives lost because of the absence of proper fire safety equipment.

Per Online; I informed my landlord 1/30/2022 that my hot water is not working. They scheduled repairs for 2/3/2022 and replaced the water heater, but I still do not have hot water despite the replacement. The property manager advised me that this is normal in the building. I would like to have functional hot water in my unit as I believe that is crucial to habitability.

Landlord does not make repairs to vital housing elements (water heater, door lock, windows improperly installed) in a timely manner. 11/09/21 Informed property manager my window in my living room is not installed correctly, makes rattling noises and lets in drafts of cold air and water. Our apartment window, on the 4th floor of 5, is leaking profusely. We have one operable sliding window on the south wall, and we're waking up to floods of water on the floor and in the baseboard heater. We haven't felt that we could safely use the heater for weeks now. The water comes around the frame of the windows, which appear to be original aluminum sash from the building's 1962 construction.
