Per online complaint "Vegetation from private property/planting strip overhanging AND encroaching on alleyway, making it impossible to drive through. Alley is located between and perpendicular to 20th Ave NE and 21st Ave NE, between and parallel to NE 100th St and NE 102nd. Neighbor is VERY hostile and belligerent."
