The oven in my apartment stopped working on July 8th. I initiated a maintenance request the same day through the property management companies online portal. The company is Evernest. They initially arranged for vendor to inspect the oven on July 10, 2025 and they determined it needed a new key pad. In the following weeks when I contacted the vendor "Apex Appliance" they told me that they were waiting for Evernest to approve the repair. They then became unresponsive.
