This complaint is for the construction site currently underway at 1004 N 48th ST, 98103. The tree protection area is being used to store materials which is against city code. Currently there are several stacks of heavy concrete cinderblocks sitting right on top of the tree roots and around its base. These materials should be moved immediately.

This house burned down over a year ago and remains a blight and constant reminder of the tragic crime that happened there. It is a hazard for the neighborhood, suspected that mice are proliferating from the remains of the home.
