Per Online Complaint:"after years of construction, the owner has finally stopped after a building inspector put a "stop work" order on the house. Now the owner is starting a junk yard. Three unregistered vehicles (1 is in his garage) are now occupying the property."*Cars in driveway have flat tires and garbage stored inside them. Debris consists of car parts, appliances, construction scraps.*
