Per online complaint: "Tenant has continued to park cars on the front lawn. After yrs of driving on the water meter box, today the water line finally broke. Please coordinate with the Sea. Water Dept so they can charge any of their costs to the tenant who caused the problem! Pls cite tenant for more violations."
