The parking lot behind the Harborview Training and Research Center building is allowing tanker and loading trucks to do business LOUDLY during quiet hours most weekend and some week day nights/mornings. This has been going on for years, but I recently moved into 1005 Terrace, which is across the street from this parking lot, and it is HORRIBLY LOUD for over an hour each time. I made this complaint about 3 weeks ago and the noise abated, but then restarted this past week. PLEASE tell the owners
