Failure to have a permit for changes to the interior of the house related to walls etc. Was told by the guy who was hired as casual labor that they had him putting up a wall and they did not know what they were doing. Seems like a bit of a remodel that requires a permit.

Based on debris pile and contractor trucks, as a minimum it appears a new kitchen and bathroom(s) with electrical and HVAC work.
