Proj #6078359--when it rains, the roof downspout discharges water and soil into the alley, clogging up the catch basin. Note: Complainant is a neighbor and wants to make sure the final connection to the storm drain is done correctly--he asked to discuss this with an inspector.***Is drainage/roof downspout on alley side per Permit 6078359?***
