SFH divided into 3 units - possible illegal unit(s). Exposed electrical wiring through out the house. An oil burning furnace in utility room is the heat source for all 3 units. In the basement unit, only one vent in the bathroom emits heat. Must rely on space heaters to heat the rest of the basement.

Yesterday (1/13), our landlord provided us with a $900 oil bill, insisting we take care of the balance, including multiple late fees. We are still without heat and are unwilling to pay."
