PER CSB: Drug use and trash on private property - abandoned building. Mazda purchased the property and is leaving it in disrepair attracting drug use and trash. This is not helping our neighborhood! - the gentleman on the bottom stairs was swaying back and forth. The gentleman at the top was using drugs
