Ceiling has been leaking off and on since last August. I have submitted maintenance orders several times. Their solution is to rip out the ceiling, thumb tack plastic to the ceiling, poke a hole in it and then put a bucket underneath. Multiple times they've incorrectly located the leak so the plastic can't drain to the bucket and then in the middle of the night it crashes down, gallons and gallons of water over my living room. Per online complaint: Noise from large contstuction equipment started at 6AM today, 10/24, and frequently starts before allowed hours. Usually starts by 6:45AM on weekdays and weekends which is before the allowed hours. It is impossible for us to sleep during these hours. This site needs to abide by the laws.
