Per Online; It is Saturday 8/3/19 and I live on N. 46th St. on Phinney Ridge near Fremont/Ballard ("Freelard"). Since about 11am, I have been hearing loud amplified live concert music coming from the Ballard area. I am not sure what the event is. The noise has been happening all day and it is very disruptive.
