I'm filing a complaint as a tenant of Vantage Park Apartments at 1011 E Terrace St Apt 109. We have been experiencing water damage to our master bedroom which is being under repair for the past two weeks and now is currently unusable due to the rooms floors and walls being redone. We haven't been able to get any assistance from the building management on hotel to stay in during construction or a rent reduction due to the bedroom being unusable.

Received renewal offer less than 30 days before lease ended. Not offering any terms under 18 months. There are no tenant rights notices or info on renewal. Being told he has to sign within next couple of days, if he signs later rent will increase.
