I would like to report an ongoing public safety concern involving a bubble/soap bubble machine or similar device being operated from a residential unit at this property. The device repeatedly releases a large volume of soap bubbles from/near a residential window. The bubbles travel onto the public sidewalk and directly into the building entrance area, where they come into contact with pedestrians and people entering and exiting the building.
