Per online complaint- This is a new build in a residential zone that is close to the neighbords houses, ie. the setback is too narrow. Also, the roof of this house is angled to dump whatever rolls down it right into my yard, I live at 1016 nextdoor. This build is intrusive and feels like it is illegal. thanks.

per online:My neighbor has a dilapidated house that she is not maintaining. There is garbage strewn through the yard, and the house itself is an invitation to homeless people and criminals. It has been almost a year of random garbage, a honey bucket that has been there six months, and general disarray.
