Per Online; My girlfriend rents from her brother at this address. She is Brenda Fox and her brother is David Fox. She has been there about 6 years. The room she rents is at the back of the home. The only way out in an emergency would be the french doors in her room but if at night would be unsafe as the deck is not completed and no light there or railing installed.
