My rental company, Redside, has been dragging their feet repairing the toilet in my unit. I'm unable to turn the water to the toilet on due to a substantial leak when turned on. I've been told the water to the building needs to be turned off to replace the valve while ensuring the copper pipe providing water to the toilet doesn't burst. I've had a non-functioning toilet since approximately 11/24. The building is transferring ownership starting 12/5 so I fear that I'll have to wait even long
