in 2013 my landlord was advised by his handy men that the deck needed to be re-built.  Instead of doing the right thing, and getting all new materials for the job, my landlord cut corners to save money, and made his handy men save as much of the old wood as possible.  Over the last 5 years, he has literally had to have different guys come out to replace old boards (that he decided to keep from the original deck) that weren't safe, 6 different times.  My frustration with these

There is junk, trash and trash bags in the front yard. There is a tarp over the carport and debris in front of the carport.Caller reports that he has seen behind the tarp and that there is junk behind the tarp.
