Property management will not maintain the fire alarm system, a unit has had a low battery for over a month and it still has not been replaced; the main panel beeps constantly and can be heard throughout the building. This is not the first time this has happened, it has gone on for months before

The fire alarm system for the whole building is in need of repairs and the building management is not taking care of it. It beeps constantly with some sort of error and has been doing this for months. I'm worried about it malfunctioning.
