I am writing to formally report a recurring noise disturbance caused by delivery trucks servicing the 64th NE Whole Foods located near my residence. These trucks frequently use their air horns during late night and early morning hours while entering and exiting the loading dock. It appears to be worsening. The issue is not limited to an occasional honk. The drivers often lean on the horns for extended periods and repeat the noise for several minutes at a time. These loud and prolonged blast
