no water or heat in the entire building

We now have holes in our walls of the hallway's. Huge hole in the wall, exposed piping and you can see through to an entire apartment. We shouldn't have holes in our wall where we live. Very unacceptable and seems like a huge hazard. I'll attach a pics.

I feel compelled now to lodge a formal complaint against the owners of 1020 Seneca St. The former John Winthrop Apartments now called Nordic Falk.The seismic retrofit noise has not stopped. We are living in a building without heat. Elderly tenants are suffering. Almost daily water stoppage, and electrical issues for some residence.We have traded our safety and comfort for their profits.  The TRAO license should not be granted. Joseph Stump resident since 1994

Months ago the apartment building (formerly called John Winthrop apartments, now called Nordic Falk) changed ownership. The new ownership is so negligent that I'm surprised that there are no laws to protect tenants from this behavior. There is often no running water, the heat does not work at all. There is constant construction. I heard that they were supposed to stop the seismic retrofitting but they haven't. There are many elderly residents in the building who have to deal with these terrib

Against the owners of 1020 St. The Former John Winthrop Apartments and now called Nordic Falk. We have had no heat in the building after asking for them to turn it on. Almost daily water stoppage and them not turning it back on HOURS after they said it would. No communication if water outages runs late. The noise has not stopped even though we were told it would be reduced. The TRAO license should not be granted after everything they have put us through. Also, an Inspector and I believe Maureen
