Final day of my lease at apartment 514 was 6/30/2026. Landlord is required to return the deposit and/or a full and specific statement explaining the reasons for withholding any portion of the deposit within 30 days of the renter moving out. It has been nearly 60 days and I have not received my security deposit or any statement for reasons for any withholding.

Per CSB: A new company took over apartment complex and now a massive amount of construction is happening in the vacant units and common spaces. Property manager will not disclose what is happening or give a timeline for completion. It is noisy and smelly but windows are locked in the common area hall (metal locks on the top) and cannot be opened from egress or fresh air.
