We have a clogged kitchen sink, a largely nonfunctional shower with temperature regulation and pressure issues as well as a knob that fell off (both submitted 2/23)There is also our heaters; theyve been stuck on for quite some time, and they hiss. we reported this (3/04)

The fan in the bathroom of my apartment, hasn't worked for over a year. I put in a work order in November of 2025, possibly October. Maintenance came by and couldn't fix it. He said they needed to replace the whole thing and he needed to go to a specialized place to find parts because it's old. Came by again days later and said he couldn't find anything. I am writing to report water damage and unsafe living conditions caused by a leak from the upstairs unit. The leak began early Thursday morning, 11/27 and since then both bedrooms have had fully soaked carpets, a worsening odor.
