PER ONLINE: For the last month or more, there has been construction along E Alder St and 11th Ave between the hours of 10pm and 3am. They appear to be installing new telephone lines. There are bright lights shining into our bedroom window, yelling, trucks beeping, loud drilling, mechanical whirring, hammering, and old telephone poles falling to the ground.
