Per Online; The home located at 10246 40th Avenue SW was purchased last year and split into two lots - one with the home and another that I assume will have a new home built on it or be sold. A significant amount of construction and remodeling on the original home was conducted, and all of the debris was dumped into the currently empty lot north of the home and has been sitting there for nearly nine months.
