Hello. I am currently renting a condo at the Dwell Roosevelt Building at 1026 NE 65th #419 Seattle, WA 98115. I received an email on 3/26/26 from the property management representative who represents my landlord. The property management company has informed me that my initial one year lease that was signed from 11/14/25 to 11/12/26 will not be renewed. The owner of this condo unit is planning to sell the unit after my one year expires. I have reached out to the Tenants Union of Washington
