Per Online; DADU not built per the approved permit. DADU is 6'-8' wider than what was approved, contains a covered patio not part of the approved plans, and significantly exceeds the maximum size of 800 SF allowed.owner continues to renew permit to avoid building final inspection

ZONING & CONSTRUCTION--per online--There are multiple tenants living in this home, but there do not appear to be legal dwelling units that are code compliant. All tenants regularly use a portable toilet in the rear alley. The portable toilet has not been cleaned in recent months, does not appear to be sanitary, and is regularly used by unsheltered individuals.
