Per CSB: Neighbors at 1028 NE 72nd St are doing heavy renovations on their home for over 6 months, creating lots of noise, having large dump trucks parked up and down the street blocking access to sidewalks and traffic and over all creating a nuisance for the community. Are they following plans per permit. They are proceeding with their construction well into the early morning 6am - 8pm at random intervals throughout the week, which creates noise and jams up street traffic.
