Per Online; Unit 101 has been rented out long before it was registered as a rental unit. Current registration is 001-0144901 but this was created just a few days ago. Unit had been rented out for at least 3 years prior.

Unit 101 in our building is not registered as a rental unit but has had renters for the past 3+ years.
