Tenants state that there is 1) Black mold in the bathroom that keeps reappearing after cleaning, 2) Rat's nest and hole from rodents in the wall behind the refrigerator and stove, 3) Window in bathroom pulling away from the drywall, 4) Oven smells like burnt urine when turned on, not sure where smell is coming from 5) Hole in ceiling light fixture, 6) Dishwasher broken.
