I am a resident at Anthem on 12th (103 12th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122) and am filing this complaint regarding the chronic, unresolved failure of Elevator Car #2, which has been out of service for an estimated 3-4 months over the past six months with no adequate repair plan from building management.OUTAGE HISTORY (documented via management notices) ~Nov 22-26, 2025: Elevator #2 out of service Jan 6 - Mar 13, 2026: Elevator Car #2 out of service (~10 weeks) Mar 25, 2026 - presen
