My apartment appears to be structurally unsafe as it is leaning and is progressively getting worse. I have placed a work order online. A maintenance person took pictures and sent to building manager. I sent a letter to building manager requesting a structural integrity report. She sent me the RRIC. I asked her for a certification from a certified structural engineer with no reply. I have taken pictures of the downstairs apartment who has a giant bubble on the ceiling which would be the floor of
