Issues with rodents in ceiling in apartment. Was told they are protected squirrels. Large hole in ceiling and squirrels are now in unit. Management is being rude, giving pushback, no sense of urgency. Seeking tenant rights and requesting inspection.

Floor insulation (in ceiling of parking garage) was removed last winter and has not been replaced. All the ground floor units in this apartment building have no floor insulation, mine included. With the recent cold snap the water in the p-trap for my tub froze and the tub would not drain. I have notified the management on several occasions requesting that insulation be reinstalled. They have not been responsive and so I am filing a formal complaint.
