Under 22.208.010, this home is a health hazard to all it's occupants regarding a sewage pipe spill on the first floor that has still not been properly cleaned up after a week. Plans to clean the mess over the next couple weeks from management do not include a thorough cleaning of the ventilation system, testing the air quality, or painting/replacing any part of the walls and baseboards that were sitting in waste water for 3-4 hours after the initial flooding.
