The property manager, Emerald Door Heights, issued across the building rent increases on May 21 without providing the mandatory 180 days advance notice as required by Seattle law. We are not comfortable sharing our information out of fear of retaliation, but the increases were building wide and no one was given the 180+ days notice.

Elevator in three story building has been broken for a month, no indication management is actively working to repair it and there's been no update on repairs since tenants were first informed the elevator was broken in January. There's at least one disabled tenant whom this has caused great difficulty.Several units have had pipe bursts, causing severe water damage to not only the unit but private property.
