Holes under the sinks in the kitchen and the bathroom allow cold air, bugs, and mice into the apartment. TENANT IS MOVING OUT OF THE APARTMENT THIS WEEKEND, AND WILL BE MOVED OUT BY MAY 31ST.NOTIFED TENANT THIS MAY NOT GIVE DPD ENOUGH TO COMPLETE INSPECTION.
