There is a confirmed leak causing my utility bill to skyrocket. The owner is aware, denied the leak and indicated his maintenance person confirmed. I had a leak detection specialist find the leak. Owner did an inspection, confirmed the leak and indicated he'd hire a plumber to fix. It's been 3 weeks and SPU will not do an adjustment until the issue is fixed.
