My apartment at 10321 Meridian Ave N, Unit A107 flooded on 9/7/25 due to water entering from another unit. The unit became uninhabitable: mold odor, unsafe moisture levels, extreme heat and loud noise from industrial drying equipment running 24 hours a day, blocked kitchen access, and tripping hazards from hoses and cords.Management repeatedly told me the unit was "habitable," even though it clearly was not. On 9/18/24 I noticed that my apartment was leaking in the kitchen, I filed a work order to let them know, but heard nothing. At first it was only leaking out of a light fixture in the ceiling. When I went back in my kitchen about an hour later it was now coming down the walls and ceiling. I ran down to the office and told them what was happening to which the onsite manager explained she couldnt see any leak coming from upstairs despite it being very visible in my apt and outside (it was running

I am filing a housing complaint regarding unit A107 at Arabelle, 10321 Meridian Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133. On September 8, 2025, my unit experienced serious water intrusion. After that, drying equipment and hoses made the apartment very difficult and unsafe to reasonably live in. The conditions included constant loud machine noise, excessive heat, tripping hazards, interference with normal kitchen sink use, moisture, musty odor, and mold concerns.
