My apartment at 10321 Meridian Ave N, Unit A107 flooded on 9/7/25 due to water entering from another unit. On 9/18/24 I noticed that my apartment was leaking in the kitchen, I filed a work order to let them know, but heard nothing. At first it was only leaking out of a light fixture in the ceiling. I am filing a housing complaint regarding unit A107 at Arabelle, 10321 Meridian Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133. On September 8, 2025, my unit experienced serious water intrusion. After that, drying equipment and hoses made the apartment very difficult and unsafe to reasonably live in. The conditions included constant loud machine noise, excessive heat, tripping hazards, interference with normal kitchen sink use, moisture, musty odor, and mold concerns.
