On 9/18/24 I noticed that my apartment was leaking in the kitchen, I filed a work order to let them know, but heard nothing. At first it was only leaking out of a light fixture in the ceiling. I am filing a housing complaint regarding unit A107 at Arabelle, 10321 Meridian Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133. On September 8, 2025, my unit experienced serious water intrusion.
