Per CSB; SDCI - Address driveway permitting - There is a curb cut in front of the home that customer uses to access property and park vehicle. There is an alley in the back but homes have been built and it is no longer a through way. Customer continues to be reported on by a neighbor for using this area to park. What does customer need to do in order to be able to legally park in what they believe to be their driveway?
