This property was recently re-inpsected by Ralph siu and robert horton. The case was closed even though the front door initially failed inspection and yet was fine after the latest inspection, even though no work was done and it drafts and leaks badly, I also have had a constant spider and bug issue since redi national came out in december. The walls are infested with spiders. My landlord told the inspector that they are coming out every 3 months to treat, yet when i contacted them,

My landlord Lahkvinder Mroke, who lives at 10329 .did extensive work to this rental before i moved in. I have already filed a complaint with the city and ralph siu did cite him for several issues. My landlord did replace the windows in the bedrooms, on 12/24 and 12/26, before he filed for his permit on 12/27.
