Land lord threatening lock out over fees not listed in lease. He has confirmed on email that he is not going to give the keys on move in day unless we pay him another additional $3050( he says for last months rent). We have paid all of the fees listed in lease. He is also charging pet rent that wasn't included in the lease. Also his lease is riddled with illegal items.
