PER ONLINE: Pipe work under the road for a commercial property that is to be built near/on 102 21st Ave has contracted Hosanna Construction to do the replacement. This work takes place on the weekends, and has been consistently starting before 9am, in violation of the city noise ordinance. On Sunday September 16th, they started moving equipment around at 7:45am, then jackhammering at 8:30am. Today, Sunday Oct 7th, they were cutting metal at 8am. The intersection is surround
