I had a large remodel done that was complete 5/2024. Our tankless water heater had an issue in February and I tried to reach the contractor by text and phone and he never responded. I took care of this on my own as I needed it done quickly. I also alerted him to an electrical issue 8/2024 and did a follow up email 3/28/2025 with another phone call and have not heard back. We are having flashing lights and the lower unit loses lighting intermittantly. I have asked for his help as I believe h
