PER CSB: [Growth is from adjacent private property] I am unable to use the sidewalk with my stroller and have to go in the street. This is unsafe for me and my child. There is also a person in a wheel chair in the neighborhood and they are unable to use the sidewalk as well. HIGHLY unsafe and this has been ongoing for almost a year. Per CSB; Overgrown vegetation blocking the majority of the sidewalk making it unusable, especially for a stroller or wheelchair which forces them into the street which is extremely dangerous.
