Maxwell Condos balconies have tenants who are excessively noisy. Loud screaming, laughing, and loud parties that go past 10pm and are so loud I can hear them in another building nearby. There often appears to be different people, making me suspect an airbnb. Maxwell condos also has no website or contact information for me to give them this notice. At minimum I would appreciate their property management contact information.

The building heat has not been turned on yet for this fall/winter season and it has dropped below 68 degrees in my unit during evenings. The building manager just sent this notice which I believe to be a violation:Residents,Currently the furnace is turned off for a repair until a new part arrives. It might take up to ten days. Meanwhile you may consider using a space heater. One can find a cheap one at Goodwill. Cooking at home will also help to keep your apartment warm.Igor
