Opened April 22, 2025

The building has been used as a long-term residence and a short term Airbnb rental. Complaint

Opened February 5, 2024

I believe this property manager is once again operating two short term rentals (under 30 days) when neither of them is their primary residence. I made a complaint about this in 2021 and they found that they were operating more than one STR and were only allowed to be operating one. They list various apartments on AirBNB- most say 30 days minimum but two do not. I used to live in this building and it seems they have been skirting the STR regulations off and on for years.

Opened May 4, 2022

Per Online; Long-term apartments are being converted to short-term airbnb rentals. Out of 40 units, 28 are now nightly rentals. 1) This reduces the safety of the tenants who live here. 2) The noise of constant professional apartment cleaning and increased foot traffic makes this building a hotel, which is not what it is zoned to operate as. 3) Seattle airbnb rules limit number of short-term rentals to two. One being primary residence and one limited to secondary reside
